It was a team of 3 technicians working on my house, they cover my floor and carpet with dropclothes. At the end of the day everything working great, heating, cooling and water heater brand new. They also sand me their professional ladies team to clean my house this was a great experience.

Earned all the stars. Great service and professionalism. Had my heating system inspected and Antonio explained that my 19-year old unit needed a new heat exchanger. It was rusty and potentially had cracks. Instead of trying to sell me a complete new unit he explained rest of system was good and only needed a new exchanger. Within a week, prior to cold weather arriving, new exchanger installed at a reasonable price. In fact, the heat exchanger did have three small, rusty cracks. Thanks Antonio and Abel Air.

Terrific company! First time ever using their service. Our regular plumber was booked up with air conditioning jobs. We tried another company on Friday. Their service charge would be $100.00. They would be here between 10 AM and noon the next day. When no representative showed up after 12 noon on Saturday, we called the company to cancel their service. Then, we made an appointment with Antonio at AbelAir Service between 8-9 on Monday based upon the outstanding reviews that the company received on Home Advisor. The service charge would be $59.00. Before 8 AM on Monday, the technician, Guillermo, called to advise us that he would be here between 8:20 and 8:30 AM. He arrived at 8:21 AM in a clean white van and, himself, possessing a professional demeanor. Then he was escorted to our air conditioner. Within less than 1/2 hour, really mere minutes, Guillermo diagnosed and corrected the problem (a faulty capacitor replaced with a new one). Since our unit is 17 years old, we were delighted he repaired it instead of advising us to replace it with a new one. We unhesitatingly recommend AbelAir Service to anyone who has suffered through 4 days of no air conditioning, as we have, in this miserable summer climate, and who is desperately searching for a NEW, HONEST and RELIABLE company to fix his/her air conditioning. In addition, we are very grateful to Guillermo as well. The company is blessed to have him.

Antonio did a great job, showing up on time, explaining each step of the repair process. Would definitely recommend.

Antonio came by after 8pm to repair a clogged condenser drain line that had over flowed onto the basement floor. He cleared out the line and added two clean out plugs that can be used in the future if needed.

Top Notch! I am very pleased with the service I received. I own a rental property and I will be using them again. I am also in real estate and will be recommending them to anyone looking for A/C work.

The Tech that came out was the first honest a/c tech we have encountered since moving to VA. I will definitely be calling them when I have to replace my unit at the end of this summer. Outstanding company!

Not only did they perform the repair, they performed a thorough cleaning of my gas logs and the glass so it would be more attractive. The extra charge was very nominal and my fireplace looks like new and works great.
